$5 faithful uplifting![]() Jennifer T: I have a hard time in public. I mean, little things. Like, the cashier that doesn't make eye contact or say,
thank you" I get upset easily when people don't show kindness or respect. I know I should shrug it off, but I really have a hard time going out. And don't even ask me to go to a government facility. My nerves overtake me and I feel like I can't breathe.
Answer: First, make sure when you wake up in the morning to say a prayer of gratitude. Drink lots of pure water. Don't eat foods that make you feel heavy. Drink less caffeine. Give up diet pills if they make you feel anxious at all. Convince yourself that people like you and are perhaps not as aware as you are. Know that people act in certain ways because they are in a world of perceptions that you may not share. It is not you. If you have a hard time changing your inner dialogue, make rituals in the bathroom. Light a candle and say, "I am the mother. If any of my children misbehave, I will love them and know that we are all changing and handling our lives the best we can. I forgive my sweet child for not knowing how I feel."
When you wash your beautiful skin, think, "I wash away all my negative thoughts." Inhale the fragrance of your soap and think, "I will leave a sweet fragrance wherever I go, I will teach my children to love unconditionally." When you look at yourself in the mirror say, "I am a Goddess, my life here is temporary. All I have is today, I will create the best memories I can."
Laugh at any situation you take too seriously, Jennifer. Turn your head to the right and inhale bright white light. Slowly turn your head to the left. Now, exhale the negativity you've trapped in your heart. Do this until you feel your energy resume.
Know that you WILL do what's best for you. What is best for you is to maintain the highest vision of yourself and others. Not for them, but for you to preserve your precious energy~
